General Purchase Terms



By placing an order with Throttle Chicks, you agree to purchase products in accordance with this policy, our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.


All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.


Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Canadian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2002.





Purchase Options




1. One-Time Purchases



All products are offered as one-time purchases unless otherwise stated.


By completing checkout, you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.





2. Product Availability



All products are subject to availability.


We reserve the right to:


  • Limit quantities per order, household, or customer
  • Discontinue products at any time
  • Cancel orders if inventory becomes unavailable



If your order is cancelled due to stock issues, a full refund will be issued.





3. Pricing & Payment



All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.


We reserve the right to:


  • Change prices at any time without notice
  • Correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed
  • Cancel orders affected by pricing errors



In the event of a pricing error, your order may be cancelled and refunded in full.


Price Adjustment Policy:

We do not offer price adjustments, refunds, or credits for:


  • Price changes after purchase
  • Promotions, discounts, or sales applied after an order is placed






Order Confirmation



After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.


This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. Orders may still be reviewed, modified, or cancelled.





Order Cancellations




1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations



Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed.


After this time, orders may enter processing and cannot be cancelled or modified.


Cancellation requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by us.

2. Store-Initiated Cancellations



We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:


  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
  • Pricing or product description errors
  • Inventory shortages
  • Violation of our Terms of Service



If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued.





Order Changes



We cannot guarantee order changes after checkout.


Requests to modify orders (including shipping address, size, or product) must be made immediately. Changes may not be possible once processing begins.





Refused or Undeliverable Orders



If an order is:


  • Refused at delivery
  • Not collected
  • Returned due to incorrect address



The following may apply:


  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customer may be responsible for return shipping and reshipment costs






Fraud Prevention & Order Screening



To protect our business and customers, we reserve the right to:


  • Review and verify orders before processing
  • Request additional information to confirm identity
  • Cancel orders that appear fraudulent or high-risk



We may refuse service to any customer suspected of fraudulent activity.





Chargebacks & Payment Disputes



By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Throttle Chicks first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.


We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide evidence to payment providers.


Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:


  • Order cancellation
  • Account suspension or ban
  • Refusal of future orders
  • Legal action where permitted






Limitation of Liability



To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Throttle Chicks shall not be liable for:


  • Order processing delays
  • Cancellation timing issues
  • Pricing errors
  • Payment processor issues outside our control



Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Canadian law.





Governing Law



This policy shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.


Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
