PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through Throttle Chicks using a purchase option other than a standard one-time purchase, including, where offered, pre-orders, subscriptions, deposits, scheduled purchases or other deferred or recurring purchase arrangements.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

STANDARD ONE-TIME PURCHASES

Most purchases made through Throttle Chicks are standard one-time purchases and are not considered recurring purchase arrangements.

Because most Throttle Chicks products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

If you wish to cancel or modify a standard order, please contact Throttle Chicks as soon as possible.

Cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Standard purchases are otherwise governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

PRE-ORDERS

Throttle Chicks may occasionally offer products for pre-order before they are available for regular fulfillment.

Estimated production, availability or shipping dates will be provided on the applicable product page where reasonably possible.

These dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and may be affected by production, supplier, carrier or other delays outside our reasonable control.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

Unless different cancellation terms are clearly stated on the applicable product page, customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before production or fulfillment of that item has begun.

Once a pre-order item has entered production, been specially ordered, been personalized or entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be available.

If an eligible pre-order cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Nothing in this section limits cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be excluded.

PRE-ORDER DELAYS

Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause a pre-order to take longer than originally anticipated.

If a significant delay occurs, Throttle Chicks will make reasonable efforts to provide affected customers with updated information.

Where required by applicable law, customers will be provided with applicable cancellation or refund options.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & RECURRING PURCHASES

If Throttle Chicks introduces a subscription or recurring purchase program, the applicable product or checkout page will clearly disclose relevant information regarding:

• Billing frequency;
• Amount or method of determining charges;
• Renewal terms;
• Cancellation procedures;
• Minimum commitments, if any; and
• Other material conditions of the subscription.

Customers will be able to cancel recurring purchases according to the terms disclosed when the subscription is created and applicable law.

Cancelling a subscription prevents applicable future renewals but does not necessarily cancel or refund an order that has already been processed, produced or shipped.

Any refund eligibility for an already-processed order will be determined under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

DEPOSITS & PARTIAL PAYMENTS

Where Throttle Chicks offers the ability to reserve a product using a deposit or partial payment, the applicable product page or checkout process will disclose the payment arrangement and any material cancellation conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, paying a deposit constitutes authorization for the remaining balance to be collected according to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on whether production, customization, procurement or fulfillment has begun and any specific terms disclosed with the purchase option.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Custom or personalized products may enter production shortly after an order is submitted.

Once customization or production has begun, these orders generally cannot be cancelled for change of mind.

Customers are responsible for reviewing personalization information, spelling, sizing, colours and other requested details before completing their purchase.

This does not affect rights relating to products that are defective, incorrectly produced or otherwise subject to mandatory consumer protections.

LIMITED & SPECIAL RELEASES

Certain limited-edition, seasonal or special-release products may have specific cancellation conditions.

Where different conditions apply, they will be disclosed on the applicable product page or during checkout.

Availability of a product at the time of cancellation is not guaranteed.

HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION

To request cancellation of an eligible purchase option, please contact Throttle Chicks using the contact information provided on our website.

Please include:

• Your full name;
• Order number;
• Email address associated with the order; and
• The product or purchase option you wish to cancel.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean the cancellation has been approved.

We will review the status of the order and confirm whether cancellation remains possible.

Please do not assume an order has been cancelled until you receive confirmation from Throttle Chicks.

REFUNDS FOLLOWING CANCELLATION

Where a cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times after a refund is issued are determined by the applicable bank, credit-card company or payment provider and are outside the control of Throttle Chicks.

PROMOTIONAL & DISCOUNTED PURCHASES

If an eligible purchase made using a promotional code is cancelled and refunded, the refund will be based on the amount actually paid by the customer.

Promotional discounts have no independent cash value.

THROTTLE CHICKS CANCELLATIONS

In rare circumstances, Throttle Chicks may need to cancel a purchase option or order because of circumstances including:

• Product discontinuation;
• Supplier or production issues;
• Product unavailability;
• Pricing or technical errors;
• Payment problems;
• Suspected fraud;
• Inability to fulfill the order; or
• Other circumstances making fulfillment impractical or impossible.

If Throttle Chicks cancels an order after payment has been collected and the order will not be fulfilled, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

Where mandatory law provides a customer with greater cancellation or refund rights than this policy, the applicable mandatory law will govern.
