All orders are shipped from Cloyne, Ontario, Canada.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, holidays, supplier timelines, customs processing, and unforeseen delays. Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 2–10 business days  
• United States: 5–12 business days  
• International: 7–21 business days  

Please note: delivery dates and preorder ship dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Processing times may take up to 2–5 business days depending on order volume.

Certain products sold by Throttle Chicks may be offered as preorder items. By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree that preorder shipping dates are approximate and subject to change. Delays may occur due to supplier production timelines, inventory transit delays, customs processing, shipping carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Throttle Chicks is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, customs, shipping carriers, weather conditions, or lost shipments in transit.

Preorder items cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or modified once the order has been placed.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may be held and shipped together once preorder inventory arrives unless otherwise stated.

We understand delays can be frustrating and appreciate your patience. We will always work to keep customers updated and ship orders as quickly as possible once inventory arrives.

We understand that sometimes items may go missing in transit. However:

• Throttle Chicks is not responsible for items lost in transit  
• If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly  
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
