General Guidelines



Throttle Chicks wants you to love your gear! All orders are packed and shipped directly from our home location in Cloyne, Ontario, Canada.


By placing an order with Throttle Chicks, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy, in accordance with applicable Canadian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2002.


We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.





Return & Refund Policy (Damaged or Defective Items Only)



We are committed to providing high-quality products. Returns and refunds are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective, in accordance with the conditions below and applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.



1. Eligibility for Returns



To qualify for a return or refund:


  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of confirmed delivery
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Clear photo or video evidence must be provided



Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.


Throttle Chicks reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet these requirements.





2. How to Request a Return or Refund



To initiate a request, contact us with:


  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo/video evidence



We reserve the right to request additional information before approving any claim.





3. Resolution Options



If your claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion, offer:


  • Replacement at no additional cost
  • Refund to the original payment method if a replacement is unavailable






4. Non-Returnable Situations



We do not accept returns or refunds for:


  • Items that are not damaged or defective
  • Claims submitted after the 7-day window
  • Items showing signs of use or alteration
  • Limited edition items (except where required by law)






5. Return Shipping



If a return is approved, instructions will be provided. A prepaid label may be issued at our discretion.


Throttle Chicks is not responsible for lost or misdirected return shipments unless required under applicable law.





6. Processing Time



Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, though timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.





Non-Returnable Items



The following items are final sale, except where prohibited by law:


  • Sale items
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Limited-edition drops
  • Gift cards






Exchanges



Exchanges are offered if:


  • Requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Replacement item is in stock



Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.





Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items



If your order arrives with an issue:


  1. Contact us within 7 days
  2. Provide photo/video evidence and order number
  3. We will review and provide a resolution



Throttle Chicks reserves the right to determine eligibility.





Limited Edition Items



All Sales Are Final


Limited edition items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable once purchased, except where required by law.





Order Cancellations



Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After this time, orders may enter processing and cannot be cancelled.


Cancellation requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by us.





Chargebacks & Payment Disputes



By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Throttle Chicks to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.


We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide evidence to financial institutions. Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted under Canadian law.





Shipping Disclaimer



Once shipped, Throttle Chicks is not responsible for:


  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered



This does not affect your rights under Canadian law.


Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information.





Limitation of Liability



To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Throttle Chicks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.


Nothing in this section limits liability where such limitation is prohibited under Canadian law.





Governing Law



This policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.


Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
