HOW THE PIT CREW WORKS

The Pit Crew runs on a 100-point system.

Instead of requiring everyone to complete exactly the same activities, you choose how you want to participate.

Every qualifying activity earns points.

Your goal:

100 POINTS.

Once you reach 100 points, you’ve completed your Pit Crew requirement for that cycle.

You do NOT need to submit your own points.

Throttle Chicks™ will track qualifying activity whenever possible.

Make sure you’re following and interacting with the official Throttle Chicks account so we can actually see what you’re doing.

If your account is private, content may need to be sent to us so it can be verified.

We aren’t looking for professional photographers.

We want real women doing real shit.

Take us riding.

Bring us into the garage.

Show us race day.

Throw your toque on before loading the trailer.

Show the mud, the dust, the snow, the machines and everything that comes with actually living the motorsports lifestyle.

Good lighting and a clear image always help, but authentic beats perfect.

YOUR DISCOUNT

Pit Crew members receive a personal 15% discount.

This discount is provided as a perk of being an active ambassador and is intended for your own purchases.

Please do not publicly post your personal discount code, add it to coupon websites or distribute it for general use.

Misuse of an ambassador discount may result in the code being disabled and/or removal from the program.

Discounts may not be combinable with other promotions, sales or discount codes.

Certain products, collaborations, limited releases or sale items may be excluded.

PURCHASE REQUIREMENT

To remain an active member of the Pit Crew, ambassadors must make at least one Throttle Chicks™ purchase every six months.

There is no required dollar amount.

We’re not asking you to constantly buy products.

We simply believe the people representing Throttle Chicks should actually own, wear and experience the products they’re representing.

ENGAGEMENT MATTERS.

Being part of the Pit Crew isn’t only about posting your own content.

Supporting other women in the community matters too.

When a new product drops, interact with it.

When another Pit Crew member gets featured, hype her up.

Comment. Share. Repost. Participate.

A strong ambassador program isn’t built from dozens of people independently posting discount codes.

It’s built from a community that actually interacts with each other.

CONTENT + REPOST PERMISSION

By participating in the Throttle Chicks™ Pit Crew and posting content that features, tags or clearly showcases Throttle Chicks products or branding, you give Throttle Chicks permission to repost, share and use that content for brand-related purposes.

This may include:

Social media
Website content
Email marketing
Product features
Ambassador features
Organic promotional materials
Other Throttle Chicks-owned marketing channels

Whenever reasonably possible, we’ll credit the original creator when content is reposted socially.

You retain ownership of your original content.

Participation in the Pit Crew does not transfer ownership of your photographs or videos to Throttle Chicks.

If we ever want to use your content in a substantially different way — such as a major paid advertising campaign — we may contact you separately.

PIT CREW EXPECTATIONS

We’re keeping this pretty simple.

Represent Throttle Chicks in a way you can be proud of.

Be respectful to customers, other ambassadors and members of the motorsports community.

Don’t create unnecessary drama on behalf of the brand.

Don’t misrepresent your relationship with Throttle Chicks.

Don’t make promises about products, shipping, policies or the company that haven’t come directly from us.

And please don’t trash another business or creator in the name of defending Throttle Chicks.

You can be badass without being an asshole.

STAYING ACTIVE

Pit Crew membership isn’t necessarily permanent.

We may periodically review the program to make sure members are still participating.

Ambassadors who become consistently inactive, misuse their discount, violate program rules or no longer align with the community may have their membership ended.

Likewise, you can leave whenever you want.

No hard feelings.

Life changes. Interests change. Machines break. We get it.

A NOTE ABOUT POINTS

You don’t need to message us every time you like something.

You don’t need to maintain a spreadsheet.

And you definitely don’t need to send screenshots of every single interaction.

We’ll handle the tracking.

The point system exists to make participation fun and measurable — not to turn being an ambassador into homework.

When you’ve hit 100 points, we’ll let you know.

PIT CREW CHALLENGES

From time to time, we’ll post optional Pit Crew Challenges.

These could include things like:

Creating a specific Reel
Showing us your machine
Garage content
Launch-day sharing
Seasonal content
Product styling
Motorsports stories
Community challenges

Each challenge will have its own point value.

Challenges are another way to rack up points while giving us something different to create together.

IMPORTANT: YOU’RE AN AMBASSADOR, NOT AN EMPLOYEE.

Participation in the Pit Crew does not create an employment, partnership, agency or franchise relationship with Throttle Chicks™.

Pit Crew members are independent brand ambassadors.

Unless a specific opportunity explicitly states otherwise, participation is voluntary and does not include wages, salary or commission.

Ambassadors are responsible for complying with applicable disclosure requirements when posting about products, discounts, gifts or their relationship with Throttle Chicks.

When appropriate, make your ambassador relationship clear in your content.

Do I earn commission?
No. The rebuilt Pit Crew is a community and rewards-based ambassador program rather than a commission program.

Do I have to submit my points?
No. We track them.

Do I need a certain number of followers?
No. Genuine involvement matters more to us than follower count.

Do I have to post constantly?
No. Use the point system to participate in ways that work for you.

Can I share my personal 15% code?
No. Your Pit Crew discount is for your personal purchases.

Do I have to buy something every month?
No. The purchase requirement is simply one order at least every six months.

Can Throttle Chicks repost my photos?
Yes. Content featuring or tagging Throttle Chicks may be used according to the content permission outlined above.

What happens when I reach 100 points?
We’ll contact you when you’ve completed your 100-point cycle and let you know about the applicable recognition, reward or next Pit Crew opportunity.
